Washtenaw Learning Disabilities Association (WLDA) is a tax-exempt, nonprofit (501c3) organization dedicated to serving people with learning disabilities in Washtenaw County, and to increasing the public’s knowledge about learning differences.

- WLDA provides information about learning differences, supports students and families, sponsors training for teachers and parents, and funds scholarships for students with learning disabilities.
- WLDA is a private non-profit organization funded by membership dues, private donations, and designated United Way funds.
- WLDA provides information on learning disabilities, educational law, and local tutors to individuals, families, teachers, and the public.
- WLDA provides professional development activities for local area tutors and professionals who serve students with learning disabilities.
- WLDA maintains a list of its members in the community who provide tutoring services.
- WLDA co-sponsors an annual conference for high school students, Preparing for Tomorrow, to help them plan for their future.
